• The intrinsic nature of our polyurethane coiled hose grants it exceptional flexibility and remarkable durability. When not actively in use, these hoses conveniently retract to their original coiled state, offering a spring-like action that ensures easy storage and handling.
• Polyurethane coiled tubes are incredibly versatile and can be effectively utilized across various settings, including pneumatic control systems, power units, air tools, assembly workstations, and service stations, making them indispensable in a multitude of environments.
• Crafted from polyether, our PU Coiled Hose is designed to withstand hydrolysis and resist both bacteria and fungi, making it ideal for applications such as water hoses, gardening, and many other purposes that require reliable performance.
• Our hoses boast impressive advantages such as outstanding flexibility and a minimal bending radius, complemented by high abrasion resistance. They also offer high tensile strength, maintain flexibility even in low temperatures, and are available in both ether and ester varieties.

Essential note: A coil hose comfortably stretches up to approximately 80% of its total length. This is due to the tightly wound spring-like construction, which makes extending to maximum capacity more challenging. Consider this factor when selecting the ideal coil hose length. Note that tension increases as you pull the hose further.

 

Temperature Range: Our hoses perform reliably in extreme temperatures from -40ºC (-104 ºF) to +90ºC (+140 ºF).
