• The innate quality of the polyurethane coiled hose ensures a blend of remarkable flexibility and durability. When not in active use, these hoses gracefully retract to their initial form, offering a highly efficient spring-like action.
• Polyurethane coiled tubes serve as versatile solutions in a wide array of applications such as pneumatic control and power units, air tools, assembly workstations, service stations, and various other industrial settings.
• Crafted from polyether, our PU Coiled Hose boasts hydrolysis resistance, alongside protection against bacteria and fungi. It is versatile enough to be used for water hoses, gardening, and a multitude of other purposes.
• Offering exceptional benefits such as high flexibility, minimal bending radius, and superior abrasion resistance, these hoses also have high tensile strength, maintain flexibility even at low temperatures, and are available in both ether and ester types.

Important note: The optimal stretchable range of a coil hose is approximately 80% of its total length. This design mimics a tightly wound spring to ensure full retraction. Hence, maximum stretching is more challenging. Consider this when selecting the ideal coil hose length. Also, remember, increased stretching heightens tension.
